Terms & Conditions

Quotes given are an estimate only; it is subject to revision if anything exceeds the current understanding of the project. Any requested amendments outside the quoted time of the project will be subject to an hourly charge.

The cancellation of a confirmed job will be charged at 50% of the original quote if it is cancelled within one working day prior to the agreed date. It will be charged at 100% of the original quote if cancellation is on the same day as the agreed date. 

Overtime is charged after 6pm at 1.5x the agreed hourly rate, the same applies to weekend & bank holiday rates.

Whilst every care is taken, Wash Post Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to hard drives as well as any personal belongings left unattended on our premises.

All exports will be kept on our system for 1 month from the completion of a project, after which time it may be deleted.

Wash do not provide project files (DaVinci Resolve, Flame, LUTs etc).

Unpaid invoices over 30 days are subject to 4% interest.
